From 1996 cartoon version of Richie Rich.
In the episode, The Love Potion, Richie Rich and his friends have a dance his mansion. He dances with Gloria, much to each other's pleasure. At one point of thir dance, Richie spins Gloria into a tornado. Afterwards, the two spin at the same time as they continued on dancing.
